Since 2009, Chris Maddaloni has owned Atlantic Personnel, Inc. based out of Hilton Head, South Carolina. In this position, he oversees the daily operations of the full-service employment agency, which offers services from Myrtle Beach to Jacksonville, Florida. In addition, Chris Maddaloni manages more than 350 full-time employees.

To help him remain current with industry trends, Chris Maddaloni maintains membership with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He also has membership pending with the American Staffing Association and the South Carolina Staffing Association.

Heavily involved in the community, he also sponsors several local businesses including the Palmetto Animal League and the Hilton Head Humane Association. Another group he works with is the Volunteers in Medicine Clinic Hilton Head Island. The organization partnered with Latinos Unidos, where he assisted with the Latin Food Festival. In 2018, this festival took place at the Shelter Cove Community Park and featured music, entertainment, and traditional Latin food.

Prior to enrolling in college, Chris Maddaloni attended Malvern Prep in Pennsylvania. Afterward, he went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Elon University in North Carolina.
